Dave Anderson

Dave has been climbing for 20 years. He leads 5.12 trad and sport. He has put up new routes in Alaska, Patagonia, Canada, Nepal, India, Pakistan as well as the Continental US.

Lately he has specialized in speed alpine traverses including a one-day onsight of The Grand Traverse in the Tetons and a 17 hour car to car link up(solo) of the Cirque of the Towers in the Wind River Range.

Dave has been working for the National Outdoor Leadership School since 1996 in a variety of course areas including: Alaska, Cascades, Winds, and India teaching mountaineering and rock climbing camps.

In addition, Dave is a professional photographer, who's work has appeared in Climbing, Rock and Ice, American Alpine Journal, National Geographic, Patagonia, Black Diamond and the National Outdoor Leadership Catalog.
